Notice that the clerk has been instructed to apply the attached sanction order to the submissions indexed under number: 3:19-cv-680. The sanction order was originally filed in: 3:13-cv-2786-P-BK and states: Plaintiff, a vexatious litigant, who has filed over 130 lawsuits in federal courts in Texas, is barred from filing unless he first pays the entire filing fee, demonstrates that he has satisfied all outstanding monetary sanctions against him, and obtains judicial permission before filing. See Sharpless v. Sharpless, No. 3:13-CV-2297-D (N.D. Tex. July 2, 2013) (collecting sanctions from this and other districts in Texas, and recognizing that, although Plaintiff was no longer incarcerated, he was still barred from filing unless he paid the entire filing fee, demonstrated that he had satisfied all monetary sanctions, and obtained judicial permission before filing). That order prohibits the filing of a case, so the number assigned to this closed matter remains for indexing purposes only. (ykp) |
