| TEXT ORDER: The Plaintiff has filed a Motion to Request Counsel9 . In considering the Plaintiffs Motion, the Court asks: "(1) has the indigent Plaintiff made a reasonable attempt to obtain counsel or been effectively precluded from doing so; and if so, (2) given the difficulty of the case, does the plaintiff appear competent to litigate it himself?" Pruitt v Mote, 503 F3d 647, 654-55 (7th Cir 2007), citing Farmer v Haas, 990 F2d 319, 322 (7th Cir 1993). The Plaintiff has not demonstrated that he has made reasonable attempts to find counsel on his own. Specifically, he did not comply with Paragraph 2 of the form Motion which provided that he identify the attorneys/organizations he contacted seeking representation in this case and that he attach documentation showing that he asked several attorneys to represent him in this case. The Court will therefore not address the second Pruitt inquiry at this time. The Plaintiff's Motion to Request Counsel is accordingly DENIED with leave to renew.
