OPINION & ORDER: (1) the Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment DE #13 is GRANTED IN PART to the extent that the ALJs decision will be remanded for further consideration of Plaintiffs ability to perform jobs that exist in significant numbers in the national economy and DENIED in all other respects, particularly to the extent that Plaintiff seeks an award of benefits; (2) the Commissioners motion for summary judgment DE #14 is DENIED to the extent that the ALJs decision will be remanded for further consideration of Plaintiffs ability to perform jobs that exist in significant numbers in the national economy and GRANTED in all other respects; (3) the ALJs decision is REVERSED and this matter REMANDED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further consideration Plaintiffs ability to perform jobs that exist in significant numbers in the national economy in accordance with this Opinion & Order; (4) a judgment will be entered contemporaneously with this Opinion & Order.
