Bond set $25,000 CASH with the following conditions: Deft shall satisfy the immigration detainer and establish substantial ties to the local community. The Detention Facility will be adhering to the Center of Disease Control guidelines in managing COVID-19 in Correctional and Detention Facilities. Deft will be quarantined for 14 days from the date of arrival at the facility and is unavailable to appear for any court proceedings during this quarantine period. Preliminary Hearing has been set for the next available business day after the quarantine period is over.
