MEMORANDUM: In sum, the undersigned finds that the ALJ erred in evaluating the opinion attributed by plaintiff to Dr. Quadri. As such, this cause will be reversed and remanded to the ALJ in order for the ALJ to re-contact Dr. Quadri; indicate the weight he is assigning to the opinions of Drs. Mades and DeVore; determine whether plaintiff's condition meets or equals listing 12.04; and, if necessary, reassess plaintiff's residual functional capacity based on the developed record.
